Changes

    • STORAGE: For parameter DCdU (channel 17150), the value has been fixed when either BMS output voltage or PCS input voltage are not valid.
    • SOLAR: Corrected SMA Datamanager protocol of how NaN values are handled for P and Q. It now shows 0 kW and 0 kvar.
    • STORAGE: Corrected an issue where a failing write telegram could stop read telegrams from being sent out in the Sungrow Power stack ESS protocol.
    • STORAGE: Corrected Sungrow Powerstack ESS protocol to not send P mode and only send grid mode when stopped. This is to prevent the BESS initializing status from always showing.
    • Password 00000 is no longer valid. The lowest value is set to 00001.
    • A five-digit password is now available on the display.
    • Change of ID to Run with Run one MAINS during active LTO is now working correctly.
    • 'Auto detection' as an input for fluid pump has been removed as it was never supported. Output menu for fuel pump also removed as it is no longer used. Fuel pump, DEF pump and fluid pump outputs can now be set up for CIO 208 outputs.
    • Mains failure hysteresis was overruled in situations where no emergency sources were available. This has been fixed. Furthermore, the precision of the hysteresis calculations has been improved.
    • STORAGE/SOLAR: Corrected issue where any parameter write could reinitialise the Modbus communication if the power meter interface was set to use RTU port 1 instead of RTU port 2.

          - The best DG to hold the ground relay now keeps it closed during de-load and transfer of the ground relay happens when the de-loading DG is ready to open its GB.
          - Older versions with ground relay enabled are no longer compatible going forward.
  • AGC 150 Read log freezes controller. 
  • Phase calculations are now properly performed and transmitted to the DVC 550 & D550 when changed through M-Logic.
  • AC configuration in the D550/DVC 550 is now controlled by the AGC.
  • When configured for split phase operation, the nominal voltage setpoint is now correctly calculated for the DVC 550/D550.
  • New parameter #7746 DAVR AC config is introduced. This helps fix situations where the DAVR is not able to follow the AC configuration of the AGC.
  • Configuring a mains standalone application with the CAN bus set to OFF in the application configuration prevented the MB from closing. This has been corrected.
  • If a DG was running with its GB open and ground relay closed, and a mains then connected to the busbar, the ground relay would open. This has been corrected.
  • Alternative engine speed control for Volvo protocols including counter and checksum is added. Can be enabled with the new parameter 15110.
  • LTO now works correctly when unit is STAND-ALONE (non-sync).
  • Multi input alarm level 2 Min/Max now updates correctly when output limits are changed from multi input configuration in USW.

  •    In AMF situations where the mains had no TB, and #7065 mains fail ctrl was set to "Start engine" and the DGs had to connect through a BTB to supply the mains, the MB would not open as it did not have information about whether or not the DGs Hz/V OK timer had run out. And as the MB would not open the BTB would not close resulting in a deadlock. This has been corrected.
  •    TB power capacity overrule timer will now run if there is an active MB trip failclass or the MB cannot be closed.
  •    Ring bus applications: If BTBs were closed at and under application configuration, opening a BTB could cause a DG to start without a proper start signal.
  •    Fixed a situation where opening a semi BTB, in a plant with an active start signal, would cause a DG to briefly engange its start prepare relay.
  •    In a plant where all DGs are divided by open BTBs, if for example, DG1 is running and needs help from DG2, DG2 would start and close its breaker, then synchronize the BTB, and as the BTB would close, DG3 would briefly engange its start prepare relay. This has been fixed.
  •    PMS + ISLAND + SEMI + GUIDED MIMIC: Start/stop buttons LED visible when relevant on genset.
