The GPC 300 is a compact and highly modular configurable controller for protecting and controlling a diesel generator, mains connection, or bus tie breaker. You can reconfigure the onboard software using the PICUS software utility or an optional CODESYS environment.
- You get complete flexibility to build your control system by adding up to nine 4 or 7-slot expansion racks with additional voltage and current measurement, I/O, engine control, governor and AVR functions.
- With the optional ACM3.2 differential current module, you can add ANSI 87G differential protection to design reliable and safe power systems without external differential protection devices.
- The GPC 300 handles busbar sections in power management applications with ease. You can build the logic you need using CODESYS PLC or an external PLC.
- With the optional IEC 61131-3 compliant CODESYS PLC environment, you get the freedom to develop applications in several programming languages including ladder diagrams and function block design.
- The user can switch controller mode and operate breakers and gensets using the push-buttons on the display unit. The colour screen shows status and info messages and provides access to live data and alarm management.
